Location: Dunveth Business Park, Wadebridge
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Approx. 35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: 4-day week with weekend shifts on a rota (including Saturdays and Sundays)
Experience: Barista experience preferred but not essential – full training can be provided.
Sponsorship: UK work sponsorship is not available for this role.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at our Dunveth Business Park shop in Wadebridge.

You'll prepare high-quality hot and cold drinks, provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming environment for every customer. You'll also support with food displays, food hygiene standards and the day-to-day running of the shop.

Whether you're an experienced Barista or looking to build your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare a wide range of coffees and other hot and cold drinks.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Prepare and maintain attractive food displays.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards.
Keep customer seating and dining areas clean and welcoming.
Support the team with general shop duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and dependable.
Able to work weekends on a rota basis, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Flexible to provide cover during holidays and sickness.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work well as part of a team.
Barista experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
