We are looking for candidates who are available to start in September 2026.

Join CANMAC Catering Equipment

CANMAC Catering Equipment is a UK-based company established in 2012, built on many years of experience in the commercial catering industry.

We are one of the UK's growing independent suppliers of commercial catering equipment, serving businesses across the UK while also exporting new and refurbished catering equipment to Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.

We supply a wide range of professional catering equipment, including new and refurbished machines and appliances, to restaurants, takeaways, hotels and catering businesses.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, creative and customer-focused E-commerce & Sales Support Administrator to join our team at our Lutterworth office.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining e-commerce management, product listing, customer support and general sales administration.

You will be responsible for preparing products for online sales, creating and maintaining listings across our website and online marketplaces, supporting customers and working closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will help ensure our products are presented professionally online and that customers receive excellent service throughout their buying journey.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Add new products to our website and online sales platforms including eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
Photograph new and refurbished products ready for online sales.
Create professional product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications and images.
Update existing online listings, prices, availability and product information.
Remove sold products from online sales channels promptly.
Monitor online platforms and ensure listings remain accurate and up to date.
Assist customers with enquiries received by phone, email or in person.
Welcome customers visiting our premises and provide support when required.
Work closely with different departments to support smooth daily operations.
Provide support to the sales and customer support teams during busy periods when required.
Assist with general office and customer service tasks when needed.
Maintain accurate product and sales information across different platforms.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, administration, sales support or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
Good spoken and written English.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
Experience with online selling platforms such as eBay is an advantage.
Good attention to detail when creating product listings and updating information.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, as our office is not served by public transport.
