Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Multitrader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of systems and equipment across London. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise others as needed. The position offers an opportunity to utilise a broad skill set in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

Responsibilities

Conduct repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.
Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing guidance and ensuring timely completion.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or multi-trading roles with a broad skill set in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines.
Strong electrical experience with an understanding of circuit systems and wiring
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers an engaging environment for proactive professionals eager to apply their diverse skills while contributing to the ongoing success of our organisation.

Pay: Up to £170.00 per day
