JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

LOCATION - CHESTERFIELD

Smart Corporate stays was founded in 2017 as a property management company and service accommodation for the corporate let and contractor’s market. We have property in various locations all over the UK. Our vision is to become the leading long-term company let provider in the market to help as many landlords, property investors, and corporate clients to achieve win win solutions.

The role we are currently recruiting for plays a pivotal part within the business for customer stability and client growth. You will be responsible for customer bookings, enquiries and following up leads for future business.

Key Responsibilities (include but not subject to)

· Processing customer bookings using various platforms such as email, direct booking and telephone calls

· Taking payments for bookings, generating invoices

· Answering customer queries via email or phone

· Conducting follow up calls for customer satisfaction

· Resolve any customer complaints

· Administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence and scheduling meetings

· Allocating cleaning rota for properties

· Scheduling maintenance work and reporting repairs

· Assist in cleaning properties when required

· Participate in setting up new properties ready for lettings

Required Skills

· Excellent customer service, high written standards and communication skills are required

· Needs to be a team player, able to be versatile and have the ability to adapt to the varied roles required

· Ability to be self-sufficient, take the initiative and prioritise your workload

· Have a sound knowledge of all computer packages such as Excel, Email and Word

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

This is a full time role, typically working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm. Weekend and evening work will also be required on occasions as per the business needs.

Starting salary is from £11.44 per hour, depending on experience. Must have a full clean drivers licence and own transport is essential.
