Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
Prepare and present drinks, including barista-style coffee, with attention to detail
Assist in food preparation tasks when required, adhering to food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Support bar operations during busy periods, including serving drinks and managing stock levels
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene standards

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
Barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided if needed
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
