We are looking for 2 talented and inspiring Tutors to join our growing teams in Birmingham and Redditch.
Salary – £31,240 - £35,154 (Pay scale points 26 – 30) (Qualified) / £28,765- £30,369 (Pay scale points 23 – 25) (Unqualified)
Reporting to – Curriculum Manager / Teaching & Learning Manager
Contract – Full Time, Term Time, Permanent
Note: Both roles are a term time only roles, you will be required to work during term time only, taking all college holidays. The salary range stated above is a pro-rata salary that already takes this into account, and the £ range stated is therefore the actual salary range for this position, with no further pro-rata reductions to be applied for term time only working. We are also currently operating a pilot 4-day week (subject to review and not a contractual entitlement), meaning staff enjoy a 3-day weekend Friday – Sunday, every week.

Since opening in 2014 with 10 learners and 3 staff, we’ve grown into a thriving college with 160 students and 97 staff. As an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ provider, we’re now looking for two Tutors in Birmingham and Redditch to help us deliver a person-centred, practical education that supports students into adulthood.
A little about the role:
We are looking for 2 passionate Tutors to take the lead with new core learner groups at our Birmingham and Redditch campuses. Working within our Teaching & Learning team, you’ll deliver engaging and inclusive sessions to a group of 8–14 learners, helping them build confidence, independence and real-life skills. You’ll teach across a bespoke curriculum including Personal Development, Employability Skills, English, Maths and Independent Living Skills (with full training provided). Your focus will be on delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learners to achieve meaningful progress and positive outcomes.
