Full job description

We are looking to engage an independent, UK-based contractor for a minimal-hour operational commitment (maximum of 2 hours weekly). The primary focus of this remote role is to provide foundational back-office assistance, facilitating clear and timely communication between our core team and third-party corporate institutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Serving as an administrative proxy for routine correspondence with external service platforms.
Managing scheduled telephone inquiries and email communications during standard British business hours.
Assisting with corporate vendor account setups and standard operational documentation.
Drafting concise post-interaction reports for internal management review.
Strictly adhering to provided communication templates and standard operating procedures.
Promptly reporting any operational bottlenecks or issues requiring executive input through internal company channels.

Security & Role Limitations To facilitate external account registrations on behalf of the company, the selected contractor will need to clear standard background vetting (including standard right-to-work and residency confirmation) and execute a non-disclosure agreement. Critical Disclaimer: This is a non-executive, strictly supportive position. You will have absolutely no authorisation to make financial commitments, process monetary transfers, sign binding legal contracts, or hold any statutory director or stakeholder position within the organisation.

Candidate Qualifications

Current physical residency and lawful employment status within the United Kingdom.
Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
Professional B2B telephone manner and confidence in handling external inquiries.
Reliable availability for up to 2 hours per week.
Access to a noise-free environment for conducting professional communications.
Competent in basic office software and digital record-keeping.

Compensation £ 1*5 – 18 per hour*, depending on relevant administrative background. A brief, fully paid assessment task will be used to commence the engagement.

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
