Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales and Administration Assistant (Part-Time) to support our team with a variety of clerical and customer service tasks. Based in our Croxley Green Office from Monday - Friday. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience who are keen to develop their administrative skills within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with sales processes, managing data entry, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth daily operations. On top of the basic pay is a commission structure already in place.

Duties

Answering phone calls with professional etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Managing customer records and updating databases accurately
Assisting with sales processing, including order entry and follow-up communications
Performing data entry tasks efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
Organising appointments, schedules, and correspondence to support team activities
Supporting invoicing and billing procedures
Maintaining organised filing systems both digitally and physically
Providing general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is required
Previous experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed to handle correspondence efficiently
Familiarity with basic office equipment and software tools will be beneficial

This role is ideal for proactive individuals who enjoy supporting teams through organisational excellence. The position offers valuable experience in sales administration within a professional setting.

Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
