Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality metal components and assemblies through precise welding and fabrication techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the production of durable, custom metal structures and products, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials and tools in a fast-paced environment dedicated to craftsmanship and innovation.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding and other welding processes to join metal components with precision and consistency
Fabricate parts by cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during welding or fabrication processes
Operate hand tools such as grinders, drills, and clamps to prepare materials for welding or assembly
Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to ensure proper fit and alignment
Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling equipment

Skills

Proficiency in TIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of welding standards
Experience working with sheet metal, including cutting, bending, and forming processes
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment for metalworking tasks
Solid knowledge of welding safety practices and mechanical principles
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks
Familiarity with assembly processes involving metal components
