Job Overview
HomeVision Services is a National TV Aerial Satellite, CCTV, & Wall Mounting company seeking a driven and passionate Dispatch Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, has strong organisational skills, and is focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist engineers during the day with scheduling, payment, or job-related issues.
Support engineers with processing credit card payments for completed jobs.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and re-bookings.
Address customer concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.

Working Pattern

5 days per week on a rota between 8am–6pm.
Participate in Saturday shifts on a 3-on, 1-off rotation, with a weekday rota day off.

Qualifications & Skills

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone manner; able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service roles.
Ability to process payments, manage invoices, and maintain job-related documentation accurately.
Confident using dispatch or CRM systems (full training provided).
Forward-thinking problem solver with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including Saturdays.
