We are looking for a Hardworking, Loyal and experienced Plasterer who is very experienced and able to hit the ground running.

We need someone to start Immediately who is reliable and actively looking for work. We value quality over quantity and need applicants to take pride in what they do and to ensure that any finished work is left tidy and clean and with excellent presentation.

See below for the desired and essential skills we require:

ESSENTIAL:

- Experienced Plasterer

- Experienced Painter/Decorator

DESIRED:

- Any Basic Handyman Experience (Not Essential)

- Experience working for a Council/Housing Association

Benefits:

- Friendly Medium sized Business

- Day Rate of £175 Per Day = £45,500 p/a for 5 Days a week (Potential for Weekend Work to increase earnings too)

- £25 per Day Fuel Allowance Paid

- Parking Paid for (Not Fines)

- Tolls paid (Dart Charge/Congestion)

- Interesting & Varied Work covering various Trades & Locations all over East, North, West & South London (Within M25 Boundary Road) & Outskirts of London

The work would be on a Self Employed Basis but with the offer of Full Time Work (Ie: We would offer full time hours (40 per week) on an day rate of £175 per day. However, you would be responsible for your own tax (Payments made would be pre tax))

We are urgently looking for someone to start immediately on a paid Trial basis (2 Week Trial). If successful and both parties are happy then we would look to start Full Time work asap

We need someone with excellent experience of Plastering, someone who is Reliable, takes pride in their work, punctual, actively seeking work, can hit the ground running and is able to work unsupervised and to an excellent standard.

IMPORTANT NOTE RE PAY:
Payments are Subject to CIS Deductions (30% - Not registered, 20% Registered or 0% - Gross Payment Status)
EG (20% CIS): Weekly Pay (If 5 Days) = £175 x 5 = £875. Minus 20% (£175) = £700.00 Take Home Pay/Paid (Remaining £175/20% is paid direct to HMRC)
Any Adjustments required/overpayments etc are worked out on your annual Personal Self Assessment/Return
