Full job description

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and busy role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Submitting and managing warranty claims with manufacturers
Handling claims for loss and damage with courier companies
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and records
Chasing payments and ensuring timely follow-ups
Completing claim forms and general paperwork
Filing, organising, and maintaining records
Booking venues and providing administrative support for events
Carrying out a wide range of general administrative duties

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in an office administration role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with third-party software systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience

Proven administrative experience in a professional office setting is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential

Demonstrated IT literacy and problem-solving abilities
Experience in customer service roles will be highly regarded
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
