Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrator & Key Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines office administration with the day-to-day management of our two largest retail accounts, ensuring exceptional service from order placement through to delivery.

You'll become a key point of contact for our retail partners, building strong relationships while supporting the smooth running of our busy office.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management:

Manage the day-to-day running of our two largest retail customer accounts.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with key customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer email and telephone enquiries.
Resolve order queries, delivery issues and after-sales enquiries.
Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with production, dispatch and suppliers to provide customers with accurate updates.
Ensure orders progress smoothly from receipt through to delivery.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding lead times and any order updates.

Office Administration:

General administrative support for the business.
Allocate customer fabrics to production orders.
Create delivery labels and supporting dispatch paperwork.
Order office supplies and maintain stock levels.
Assist with filing and maintaining accurate customer records.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure office systems and documentation remain organised and up to date.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in an office administration or customer service role.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Can confidently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Is professional, approachable and enjoys building customer relationships.
Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
Can work independently while also being a supportive team player.
Remains calm and solutions-focused under pressure.

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience within manufacturing, furniture, interiors or retail.
Experience managing customer accounts.
