Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and facilitating communication among staff. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, particularly WORD, EXCEL, PDF and BIG CHANGE , as well as strong clerical skills.

Duties

Manage daily office and transportation operations, including scheduling drivers and maintaining calendars.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure up-to-date records.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in the preparation of reports to upload with team members and clients.
Maintain filing systems and organise documents for easy retrieval.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in BIG CHANGE software is highly desirable.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
