Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 26520
Hours: 34 per week

A fantastic B&I location in Leeds, South Yorkshire for a leading soft drink company. Catering for 250 at this location. We have a breakfast and lunch offering here. It is mainly a Monday to Friday operation and also offers breakfast on Saturdays with some hospitality. Additional benefit of this location is free parking .

We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Leeds.

If you are a current chef or want to train and develop to become a chef by joining our chefs academy then please apply today.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
Excellent customer service skills
Great team player

You will have the following skills:

An organised person with attention to detail

Knowledge / competencies

Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
