Full job description

We’re looking for a e-C ommerce Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. The e-Commerce Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of product content across our websites. Reporting to the Head of e-Commerce, this role focuses on enriching product data to optimise the customer experience, improve searchability, and drive online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrich and enhance product listings with detailed, accurate, and engaging information, including product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, specifications, filters and categorisation.
Ensure all content is consistent.
Upload and maintain product data within the website’s content management system (CMS) and/or PIM system.
Collaborate with internal teams such as category, merchandising, and marketing to gather relevant product data and updates.
Perform quality assurance checks on product content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and visual appeal.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improved product presentation.
Support the Product Enrichment Manager in delivering website range launches, seasonal updates, and campaign deadlines.
Maintain internal documentation and adhere to established content guidelines and workflows.

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience working in an e-commerce or digital content role (preferred but not essential).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent written communication with the ability to adapt tone and style.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working with data and using spreadsheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CMS, PIM systems, or product catalogues (preferred but not essential).
