About Us:
Quinn Contracts is currently seeking a proactive, well-organised, and reliable Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office duties
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
Order office supplies and manage stock levels
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming
Handle incoming and outgoing post

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in using Sage Accounting
