The Salty Cow is a vibrant new bar and restaurant in the Portrush area, dedicated to offering an unforgettable dining and drinking experience. We pride ourselves on our unique atmosphere, exceptional service, and a menu that features tantalizing cocktails and delicious dishes.

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled bar staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in bars and restaurants, with a particular focus on cocktail preparation. There is potential for advancement into a Bar Manager role for those who demonstrate leadership qualities and a passion for the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies when necessary.

- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service.

- Train and mentor new staff members as needed.

- Handle cash and process payments accurately.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential.
