Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are a growing and dynamic company looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team and play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of all clerical and support tasks. This role is vital to keeping our workplace efficient, professional, and friendly. Experience of working with the public in a professional capacity and a smart appearance will be appropriate too as you will be public facing some of the time.

Duties:
- Manage front-desk duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors
- Organise and maintain office files, supplies, and equipment
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain records and databases with high attention to detail
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally a minimum of one year property experience
- High level of professionalism and discretion
