Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting daily operations, and possesses excellent organizational skills. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will help ensure smooth office functions, manage correspondence, and assist with various clerical tasks. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to develop valuable office experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately
Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
Support scheduling and calendar management for team meetings and appointments
Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
Handle routine office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Support inventory management using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Requirements

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks
Familiarity with clerical procedures and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
Reliable with a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
