Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in food preparation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts and hospitality to develop their skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to specified recipes and standards
Cook and assemble meals efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, including proper handling and storage of food items
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support the team with general kitchen duties such as washing, peeling, chopping, and organising supplies
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
Assist with serving food to customers or guests when required
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills

Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles is essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
