Job Description:

Job Overview
Nationwide Vehicle Assistance are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Billing Administrator to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal departments. This role is crucial in supporting the financial services of our organisation and requires proficiency in various accounting software.

This is a full time, office based position, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Duties

Manage the billing cycle, including invoicing and payment processing
Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions.
Conduct analysis of billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

Skills

Experience in financial services and invoicing is essential
Experience in the recovery or insurance industry is advantageous
Strong knowledge of various computer systems.
Excellent analysis skills to identify trends and discrepancies in billing data.
Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
Ability to multi task and perform well under pressure
Working well with customers and colleagues
Experience in the recovery or insurance industry advantageous but not essential
