Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic negotiation. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favourable agreements for both parties
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s offerings
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and close deals.

Skills

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Valid driving licence with a willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant programmes
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Organisational skills that enable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets and continuous improvement
