Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth patient flow, accurate appointment scheduling, and effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient experiences while supporting the daily operations of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders with precision and care
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the electronic health record system
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork
Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient flow and ensure timely service delivery
Support patients with basic enquiries about services, directions, or clinic procedures

Requirements

Prior office experience, administrative or hospitality experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office or similar programs
Compassionate demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
