Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Back of House Team Member and play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences! In this energetic position, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation, meal assembly, and kitchen cleanliness are executed with precision and enthusiasm. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly to ensure timely service
Support cooking processes by following recipes and food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating to uphold quality standards
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to meet health regulations
Stock kitchen supplies and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages
Collaborate with team members to streamline kitchen operations and improve efficiency

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of catering, meal preparation, and food safety practices is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with cooking, food preparation, and kitchen equipment operation
Familiarity with culinary techniques and kitchen safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting colleagues
