Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, sales staff, and internal departments. Your proactive approach and exceptional organisational skills will drive efficiency, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to our overall business success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Duties

Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports using Microsoft Excel to support strategic decision-making
Coordinate communication between sales teams and clients through professional correspondence in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and documentation to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently while managing calendars with strong time management skills
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring positive client relationships
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping using computer literacy skills

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role demonstrating strong organizational capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential
Familiarity with CRM software systems for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Excellent communication skills in English for clear interaction with clients and team members
Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new computer applications or software tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
