Full job description

Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking for your next career adventure? Are you patient, understanding and prepared to support and care for vulnerable children with learning disabilities, Trauma and/or Autism?

Salary: £37,450 - £39,010 including bonus.

This is a role with challenge, growth, and purpose at its heart. It’s a role that inspires others and brings your creative mind to life. We are dedicated to making our young people feel safe, not just in their homes but also in the surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be supported by Team Leaders, taking accountability for all operational aspects of the home and ensuring that our young people flourish.

Focusing on areas such as quality management, rota planning, retention, budget, training & mentoring will all be part of the role. You will be responsible for the safety of all, and you’ll motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy. The sense of fun you’ll bring helps make things happen.

As well as all the above you will receive regular supervisions, appraisals and your very own development plan within the organisation.
