About Us

Bespoke Credit Hire Ltd is a fast-growing company specialising in credit hire and associated services following road traffic accidents.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a varied role suitable for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment. You will provide administrative support across different areas of the business and may be assigned duties depending on the needs of the company.

The Role

As an Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operation of the business and work alongside our different departments.

The role is varied, and your responsibilities may include assisting with new claims, client financial checks, fleet administration, hire documentation and general office duties.

Full training will be provided on our systems, procedures and the credit hire industry.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the department you are supporting, your duties may include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
Making outgoing calls to clients and other parties
Monitoring and responding to emails
Updating our internal case management systems
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
Scanning, uploading, filing and organising documents
Opening and processing new claims
Contacting new clients and obtaining the information required to progress their claim
Requesting and chasing outstanding documentation from clients
Assisting with client financial and impecuniosity checks
Obtaining documents such as bank statements, wage slips and tax information
Reviewing documentation received and identifying anything outstanding
Preparing and organising hire agreements and hire packs
Assisting with hire pack disclosure requests
Ensuring hire documentation is complete and correctly stored
Assisting with fleet administration and vehicle records
Updating vehicle information and documentation
Liaising with clients, drivers, solicitors, insurers and other third parties
Supporting other departments during busy periods
Carrying out general administrative and office duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised and reliable
Confident using a computer and learning new systems
Comfortable speaking to clients over the telephone
Able to communicate professionally by telephone and email
Accurate with good attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced office
Proactive and willing to chase outstanding information
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities within the business

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience would be beneficial; however, credit hire experience is not essential, as training will be provided.

Experience within any of the following areas would be advantageous:

Office administration
Claims handling
Insurance
Credit hire
Legal services
Customer service
Fleet administration
Financial administration

We are also happy to consider candidates with strong general administrative experience who are looking to develop their skills within the claims and credit hire industry.

Salary

A competitive salary will be offered based on experience and suitability for the position.

Salary will be discussed with the Director during the interview.
