Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.
Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for team members, meetings, and appointments to optimize productivity.
Oversee vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
Handle bookkeeping, using Xero Accounting Software, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize events, meetings, and company functions through meticulous planning and execution.
Maintain organized filing systems, manage human resources documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or related clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with computing software, calendar management tools, and managing phone calls.
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
