Overview

Duties

Greet customers with a cheerful attitude and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and light meals following established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, equipment, and storage spaces
Operate cash registers accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and assist customers with their orders or inquiries
Restock supplies regularly to ensure availability of ingredients, utensils, and packaging materials
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and guests
Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods smoothly and support overall cafe operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude that energizes the team and delights guests
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed
