Full job description

Data Entry Administrator

Sun Dental Labs is a global manufacturer of dental appliances, serving dental practices and laboratories across the UK. Our Head Office is based in the USA, with additional laboratories in Germany and Sweden, as well as production facilities in Hong Kong.

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within our Data Entry department, where accuracy, attention to detail, and strong administrative skills are essential to success.

The information you input and manage will be used in the production of precision dental appliances through our global manufacturing systems, including our proprietary case management platform, Magic Touch. Previous experience in a computer-based administrative role would be advantageous.

As a smaller team, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for an individual with a flexible, proactive attitude who is willing to support different areas of the business when required. This role also provides the opportunity to build strong communication skills while working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for incoming prescriptions from dental practices, accurately entering information into our system.
Manage all associated administrative tasks, including both paper-based and electronic records.
Input and maintain data within our case management system, Magic Touch (full training will be provided).
Contact clients by telephone or email to clarify prescription details and instructions where necessary.
Liaise with dentists and practice managers regarding order enquiries and case updates.
Provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients.
Ensure the accurate management and maintenance of electronic records.
Assist other departments during busy periods, demonstrating a hands-on and team-focused approach.
