Full job description

Express Bi-Folding Doors are recognised, in the UK, as the market’s leading company for manufacturing and installing the highest quality aluminium glazing systems. Having seen extensive growth over the last seventeen years, with a strong presence on television and at the key home improvement exhibitions throughout the UK, we have continued to re-invest in-line with our growth strategy. We are now looking to recruit a new site based product surveyor, who in partnership with the rest of the survey team will cover the South of England, along side a team of other surveyors.

Previous window and door surveying experience is essential for this role.

The Role Will Involve:

· Attending sites, new build homes, extensions, or renovations where sales orders and products are pre-agreed to take accurate manufacturing details.

· Measuring our range of sliding doors, bi folding doors, windows, rooflights, lanterns, lean to roofs, curtain walling screens etc.

· The ability to offer advice (on product suitability / building regulations compliance) where required.

· Accurately document product surveys, and discussions of any amendments required to suit a product.

· Completing and submitting surveys back to our sales team who will aid in signing off the project.

· Intermittent overnight stays through the week, this will be dependant on the applicants location, and location and size and scale of projects throughout the year.
Most of the current team do maybe one or two a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
