Are you are passionate about sports and working with children? Are you full of energy, fun, friendly, approachable and professional?

We pride ourselves on delivering elite, high energy, fun and engaging sports sessions to children aged 2 - 12 years.

**Candidates must have a form of coaching experience within this age range**

We work in the following areas and surrounding - Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Bromley, Beckenham & Biggin Hill.

A typical day will involve travelling between sessions.

The Role:

To plan and deliver high quality, fun sessions in schools and nurseries
To engage all children in an energetic way, ensuring they leave having loved the session
To take the register and dismiss children at the end of the session
To liaise effectively with other staff members and parents in a respectful, professional manner to ensure the smooth running of the session
To deal with behaviour in a friendly way and inline with our policies and procedures
To create a safe, caring and welcoming environment for all children to enjoy sports
Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure
Working within the framework of the company's policies and procedures
Initially this role will be a self employed position

Days / Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm. Part Time - Monday - Friday 3 - 5pm

Pay: After initial training period, pay is open to discussion dependent on experience and skill set

Required Skills:

Candidates must have the following skills:

Experience of delivering sports sessions to groups of children from the age of 2 years
Enjoy being around children
A positive, cheerful 'can do' attitude
Be able to take initiative
Be able to work well within a team
Be friendly, approachable and fun
Enjoy Sports and being active in all weathers
Be reliable
Excellent timekeeping
Want to make a difference to a child's day
Be a positive role model
Good communication skills
Sound judgement and common sense
Understanding the varied needs of children and their families
Understanding the importance of equal opportunities
High energy and enthusiasm
Feel comfortable delivering a wide variety of sessions
A good imagination
The ability to make children laugh, interact with each other and get children engaged in the session
A clean, full driving licence and use of a car is essential
