Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, support efficient operations, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your communication and analysis skills while making a meaningful impact every day.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and communicate with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and order details.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette
Assist customers with product or service information, upselling opportunities, and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Support administrative tasks such as processing orders, and maintaining documentation.

Experience

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude!
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry systems and basic analysis tools is advantageous.
Strong phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential.
