Looking for a role that combines customer service, retail and live events?

We're looking for a Retail & Events Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of customer-focused retail campaigns and promotional events for a portfolio of client brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across retail, customer engagement and events while developing skills that can support a long-term career.

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Your role

As a Retail & Events Assistant, you'll help bring campaigns to life by creating engaging customer experiences and supporting the smooth delivery of promotional activities.

You'll be involved in:

Delivering outstanding customer service throughout every interaction
Supporting retail campaigns and promotional events
Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Sharing product and service information with customers
Building positive relationships that encourage customer engagement
Working alongside colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
Learning about campaign planning, customer engagement and brand representation through ongoing training

This is a varied role where you'll gain experience across customer service, retail operations and events, with plenty of opportunities to develop along the way.
