Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Joiner to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. The successful candidate will support our busy schedule of void property projects and council contract works, delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of domestic properties. Candidate will need CSCS card, and own tools.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix joinery works.
Fit and install kitchens, including associated joinery and finishing works.
Complete general domestic joinery and property maintenance works.
Carry out joinery works as part of void property refurbishments.
Undertake disabled bathroom adaptation works where required.
Work alongside other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Identify and report any additional works or defects found during projects.
Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment.
Work in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements, building standards and company procedures.
Deliver a high standard of workmanship while working to agreed timescales.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in domestic joinery and property maintenance.
Confident carrying out both 1st and 2nd fix works.
Experienced in kitchen fitting and installation.
Ideally experienced in void properties and council contracts.
Comfortable working on bathroom adaptations and disabled facilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Reliable, organised and committed to completing work to a high standard.
Professional and respectful when working in occupied properties or around residents.
Health and safety conscious with a strong attention to detail.
