Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. This role offers an opportunity to utilise a range of computer skills and administrative expertise within a professional environment. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various office software programmes. This paid position is suitable for individuals looking to develop their administrative career in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other systems
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Providing general administrative support to staff members and management as needed

Experience

Prior office experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Experience with data entry and clerical procedures demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette coupled with clear communication skills
Familiarity with administrative processes such as filing systems, scheduling software, and basic bookkeeping is advantageous
Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team environment
