Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, food preparation, and overall restaurant performance.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in food preparation, cooking, serving, and customer service.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service quality and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with culinary staff to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organised environment in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.

Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in barista duties or hotel management is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with both staff and customers.
