Full job description

Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting a Contract Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a reputable commercial Construction company based in Buckinghamshire, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, and contractual negotiations to ensure the financial health and timely delivery of residential projects. This role requires a proactive approach to cost management, extensive coordination with project teams, and adherence to client specifications and industry standards. The Contract Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.

Experience in Quantity Surveying within the residential construction sector or related fields
Strong understanding of contractual and commercial management practices
Ability to prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
Excellent negotiation and negotiation management skills
Proficiency in relevant software and documentation processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience with procurement and supplier management
