Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong computer literacy and organisational skills to contribute to a dynamic business environment. The position is paid and ideal for candidates looking to develop their career within sales support functions.

Responsibilities

Manage and update customer information using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
Maintain organised filing systems for sales documentation and correspondence
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as drafting emails, preparing documentation, and data entry
Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks using effective time management skills

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good IT skills including computer literacy across various platforms and programmes
