Full job description

Sales Administrator

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm

£14.13 per hour/£27,560PA

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration with a proven record of processing orders, importing orders, issuing credit notes, working with an internal warehouse team and coordinating deliveries with couriers through various portals.

Experience of sage 200 would be an advantage.

They will also manage customer credits, speak with customers on general enquiries including pro-forma payments and collaborate closely with the warehouse team, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork. The role requires a highly organized individual who thrives under pressure and can effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously

General Admin

Ordering company stationery as needed
Recording all cheques and posting to the bank

Sales Admin

Process and manage all ecommerce orders
Responsible for despatching all Irish orders using courier portals
Process all sales orders as requested by sales team
Manage all pro-forma payment transactions via virtual terminal
Holiday cover for all sales admin positions

Amazon Admin

Processing all amazon orders, invoice on sage 200 and organise despatch via vendor central
Manage all bulk buys and promotions
Manage and dispute all chargebacks and invoice shortages
