Job Title: Nursery Manager
“Children are at the heart of our warm, friendly and family-orientated setting.”
This is not just a line from our Ofsted report — it is the culture we live every day and are proud to protect.
We are seeking an experienced, values-led Nursery Manager who will confidently lead, nurture, and build on this ethos, ensuring children’s wellbeing, learning, and development remain central to all practice. The successful candidate will lead the nursery in line with the EYFS, work in genuine partnership with families, and support staff to consistently deliver high-quality care and education.
Our Values
We believe strong leadership is rooted in kindness, consistency, reflection, and putting children first. The successful candidate will share these values and understand that secure relationships with children, families, and staff are the foundation of high-quality early years practice.
If you are looking for a leadership role where you can truly get to know the children, families, and team — and where your values matter — we would love to hear from you.
