Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Baker. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food production and preparation within a dynamic kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be involved in creating high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers. Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary background is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Follow recipes accurately and adhere to food safety standards at all times.
Support the organisation of ingredients and kitchen equipment to maintain an efficient workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen area, including cleaning utensils, surfaces, and appliances.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods.
Contribute ideas for menu development and presentation enhancements.
Assist with baking tasks as required, ensuring products meet quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or a culinary environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols is desirable.
