Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining an organised work environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and proficiency in various office software.

Duties

Perform general administrative tasks such as printing and collating paperwork.
Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Utilise Microsoft Office for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero to ensure financial records are accurate.
Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Provide clerical support to other team members as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with various office software applications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
