Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofer and bring your expertise to building and maintaining high-quality roofs that stand the test of time. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to contribute to safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing roofing solutions. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs
Use welding techniques where necessary to secure roofing components or fabricate custom parts
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, or insulation safely and efficiently
Conduct inspections of roofs for damage or wear, identifying necessary repairs or replacements
Assist with related construction tasks including carpentry, masonry work, plumbing connections, and framing as needed
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during work operations to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields such as carpentry, masonry, or plumbing
Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and fabrication processes
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction machinery
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively over extended periods
Knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques including shingles, metal roofing, or membrane systems
Basic understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
