Job title: Sales Support & Order Input Administrator

Location: Burscough, Ormskirk

Salary: From £25,900 + Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

At BT Local Business Liverpool, Chester & North Wales, we're looking for an organised and motivated Sales Support & Order Input Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its people. Full training will be provided through the BT Training Academy, giving you the tools and knowledge to succeed from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

- Inputting and processing customer orders from point of sale through to installation.

- Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks and order management.

- Keeping customer records and CRM systems up to date.

- Monitoring orders and proactively resolving any issues.

- Ensuring all orders meet BT compliance and ordering standards.

- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- Previous administration, sales support or customer service experience (preferred).

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

- A team player who enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
