Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part Time Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work, helping us maintain an efficient and welcoming environment. This position is perfect for someone looking to contribute their administrative skills in a flexible, part-time capacity while gaining valuable experience.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately
Manage data entry tasks accurately using various software tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
Support invoicing and bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed with attention to detail
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies

Requirements

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
Experience with data entry, typing accurately at a steady pace
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Previous clerical experience preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary
