Curriculum Admin Assistant

37 Hours per week - term time only (plus two weeks extra throughout the year)

NJC pay scales level 5 £26,824 per annum, pro rata for part time/term time staff.

It is an exciting time to join Southend City Community College (formally Southend Adult Community College). We are a growing college with an exciting future supporting the city of Southend, Rochford and Castle Point. A new brand with new vision, our college is positioning itself as a major provider for young people to flourish and thrive in a supportive environment.

The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the curriculum team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of student-related processes, meetings, and records. The role involves close liaison with staff, students, parents/carers, and external professionals to support student progress and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Vice Principal you will be an experienced administrator, with excellent customer services skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work successfully as a member of a team.
