What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Adult Social Care teams, you’ll:

Work directly with adults and carers to promote independence and wellbeing
Carry out strengths-based assessments and develop meaningful support plans
Support people to help them achieve outcomes that matter
Play a key role in safeguarding adults, balancing risk with empowerment
Build relationships across health, housing, and community partners
Develop your confidence through reflection, supervision, and continuous learning

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are not only qualified — but motivated, curious, and committed.

You will:

Hold (or be about to complete) a Social Work Degree or Masters
Be registered or eligible for Social Work England registration
Be passionate about adult social care and strengths-based practice
Bring empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to learn
Have a developing understanding of the Care Act including safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Equality Act, and other key legislation
Have strong communication and organisational skills
