Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills within a professional environment. The role involves supporting various office functions, gaining practical experience, and enhancing organisational and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, organised, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, online updates, and digital document organisation
Support the team with phone enquiries, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office and on our internal system
Manage incoming correspondence and respond appropriately
Help maintain accurate records
Support scheduling and appointment setting to ensure smooth office operations
Contribute to organising meetings, events, and other administrative activities
Perform basic clerical duties including social media notifications

Qualifications

Prior office experience or administrative exposure is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
